About this role

SoFi's crypto operations team is building out its back-office infrastructure to handle the settlement, custody, and reconciliation of digital assets at scale. As a Crypto Core Operations Analyst, you'd own the accuracy and timeliness of crypto transactions and holdings across multiple platforms and liquidity providers, investigating discrepancies as they arise and collaborating with payments, finance, and compliance teams to resolve them. The role also involves supporting new product launches by helping design reconciliation controls and identifying process improvements that strengthen operational efficiency.

This position suits someone with two or more years in financial operations, settlements, or transaction processing who has developed strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. You'll need solid Excel or Google Sheets proficiency to work with high-volume transaction data, and while prior crypto experience is preferred, what matters most is genuine interest in learning the digital asset ecosystem and the ability to work independently while coordinating across internal and external teams. The role is based in Cottonwood Heights, Utah and requires in-office presence.
