About this role

CallRail's FP&A team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support executive decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. You'll own monthly variance analysis across assigned departments, manage and enhance the company's financial model, and prepare comprehensive monthly reporting packages using tools like Looker, Netsuite, and Zuora. The role extends beyond traditional reporting—you'll develop revenue forecasting capabilities, support pricing decisions with the Product Marketing team, build multi-year business cases, and work to streamline internal financial processes across the organization.

This position requires five or more years of finance or accounting experience, an undergraduate degree in one of those fields, and advanced Excel proficiency. You should be comfortable translating complex financial information for non-financial leaders and thrive in cross-functional collaboration with departments like Talent & Culture, Accounting, Product, and Marketing. Experience with Netsuite, Zuora, Salesforce, or Looker is valued but not required; what matters most is analytical rigor, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine interest in improving how the business operates financially.

The role is based in Atlanta with hybrid flexibility—currently two days in-office weekly (Tuesdays and Thursdays), transitioning to three days starting January 2027. CallRail offers comprehensive benefits including 100% coverage for one healthcare option, parental leave, a dollar-for-dollar 401k match, stock options from day one, and a $2,000 annual education allowance. The company emphasizes AI adoption as core to the role, so comfort leveraging AI tools to solve problems is expected.
