About this role

Trilon Group's DRMP division is strengthening its roadway practice in Tampa Bay and seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead both project delivery and strategic growth in this expanding market. You'd work with established client relationships and a strong delivery team, managing complex transportation infrastructure projects for major agencies including Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, FDOT, and regional authorities. The role balances hands-on project management—owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality—with business development responsibilities like proposal support, capture planning, and pursuit strategy.

This position suits a transportation leader with 15–20+ years of progressive experience, a PE license, and a track record managing major roadway projects for Florida's key transportation clients. You'd mentor junior staff and project managers while contributing to the firm's technical excellence and market positioning. The role requires strong client relationship skills, familiarity with Florida's procurement and delivery processes, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative environment.

DRMP offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, flexible career development tracks, and mentorship support. The position is full-time and based in Tampa, requiring in-office presence.
