About this role
RVO Health's Pharmacy & Care division is looking for an FP&A Associate to own the financial performance of a rapidly growing business unit that includes the Cash Card product and Rx on Demand, an asynchronous care platform. You'll manage the P&L from revenue through EBITDA, build pricing and scenario models that directly inform business decisions, and present weekly performance updates to leadership. This is a high-visibility role with unusually broad scope—you're not just reporting on the business, you're shaping it through the financial insights you deliver.
The position requires one to two years of FP&A or similar experience, with demonstrated responsibility for both revenue and cost drivers on a P&L. You'll need strong Excel and financial modeling skills, plus the ability to communicate complex financial results clearly to senior leaders. Healthcare, pharmacy, or payer experience is preferred but not required; if you have it, or if you're comfortable with planning systems like Pigment or Anaplan, you'll have an edge. The role is based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, with a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday through Thursday).
This is a fit if you're energized by owning business outcomes rather than just analyzing them, and if you want your analytical work to directly influence strategy in a healthcare technology company serving over 40 million people monthly. The salary range is $70,000 to $80,000, and benefits include health coverage, 401(k) match, paid parental leave, and wellness support.
