Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, with full-time hires eligible for sign-on bonuses up to $15,000 and performance-based monthly clinical bonuses. Part-time and PRN positions receive a scaled benefits structure.

The organization emphasizes structured professional development, particularly for early-career clinicians. New graduates receive a 12-week onboarded ramp-up period and a full year of one-on-one mentorship from experienced clinicians. Upstream also offers in-house residency and fellowship tracks (OCS, SCS, hand therapy, pelvic health), an annual $1,500 CEU allowance, free MedBridge access, and pathways into clinic director and clinical instructor roles. You must hold or be eligible for an active Tennessee PT license and have graduated from an accredited DPT or MPT program.
