The compensation package for this position includes a guaranteed base salary or Personal Net Collections, whichever is greater. This structure is designed to provide income stabilit while also rewarding productivity. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, patient volume, and other factors influencing net collections. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the final employment agreement.

Platinum Dermatology Partners is recruiting an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Las Vegas Skin and Cancer Clinic, where you'd deliver both general and cosmetic dermatology services using advanced technology. The role offers genuine autonomy in building your practice mix across general, surgical, and cosmetic cases, supported by a trusted referral network and a collaborative team committed to clinical excellence. You'll work full-time on a flexible schedule designed around your lifestyle, with the option to structure your weeks across four or more days.
The position requires at least two years of general dermatology experience and board certification or board eligibility as an NP or PA. Compensation is structured as a guaranteed first-year salary or personal net collections—whichever is greater—with a range of $125,000 to $200,000. The package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid CME, paid malpractice and tail coverage, relocation reimbursement, and a commencement bonus. There's also a partnership and shareholder track available as your career progresses.
