About this role
Supporting partner incentive and investment programs at itD means managing the full lifecycle of deals—from contract execution through supplier onboarding to final payout. You'll handle high volumes of transactional work, ensuring accuracy across deal records, contract data entry, payout requests, and reconciliations. The role demands precision in detail-oriented, deadline-driven work and requires you to follow documented processes while flagging exceptions and process gaps to stakeholders in Finance and Deal Operations.
This is a 12-month contract position based in Austin, hybrid with three days onsite per week. You'll need one to three years of hands-on experience in operations, contract administration, procurement, or transactional finance, with demonstrated ability to work accurately at scale. Strong spreadsheet skills, familiarity with contract terms and documentation, and experience navigating transaction workflows are essential. CRM experience (especially Salesforce), process improvement mindset, and the ability to reconcile data across multiple systems are valued but not required.
Beyond day-to-day operations work, you'll participate in itD's internal practice community, contribute to thought leadership and case studies, and engage with the broader organization through networking and career development opportunities. The role suits someone who is detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working in a flat organizational structure. Note that itD is only considering direct W-2 candidates and cannot offer sponsorship.
