About this role
Freezing Point's marketing internship puts you directly into the field and in front of customers, not behind a desk. You'll split your time between on-the-ground work—traveling to retailers between Ogden and Spanish Fork to pitch Frazil products and set up promotional displays—and behind-the-scenes digital efforts like managing email and text campaigns through HubSpot, creating social media content for TikTok and Instagram, and developing point-of-sale materials. A significant part of your summer will center on Free Frazil Friday, the company's largest annual promotion, where you'll help coordinate everything from store visits to event activations.
This role suits someone who's genuinely comfortable with people and can move fluidly between different types of interactions: pitching store managers on new machines, engaging event attendees, and collaborating with designers on marketing strategy. You'll need strong organizational skills to juggle multiple store visits, campaign timelines, and projects simultaneously, plus a working knowledge of both Microsoft Office and social platforms. The company values idea-sharing and feedback, so you should be someone who thinks critically about what works and isn't afraid to speak up.
The internship runs three to six months, with a start date as early as late March through late August. Compensation is $17 per hour, and the company reimburses mileage for store visits. If a full-time marketing position opens up, strong interns may be considered for permanent roles. You'll need to pass a background check and drug screen to start.
