This is a full-time hourly position designed for someone ready to build a career in construction inspection from the ground up, whether you're already working as a junior inspector or exploring the field for the first time. You'll work across all phases of construction projects, handling documentation, performing field testing, collecting material samples, and verifying dimensions and workmanship—all while learning directly from experienced inspectors who will mentor you through the role.
The position requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and genuine willingness to learn on the job. You'll work 40+ hours per week with possible overtime, receive a company vehicle, monthly cell phone reimbursement, and an annual boot allowance.
Beyond the hands-on training, Trilon offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive health and dental coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and formal career development programs with both management and technical tracks. This role suits someone physically capable of field work who values mentorship and is committed to earning the certifications that will establish you as a qualified construction inspector.
