About this role

Stronghouse is seeking a Production Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of their exterior home remodeling projects in Houston. You'll own the entire project lifecycle from onboarding through completion, acting as the central coordinator between sales, homeowners, field teams, and subcontractors. This means scheduling installations for siding, roofing, windows, decking, and gutters; managing permits and inspections; coordinating logistics like materials and equipment; and maintaining detailed project records. You'll also make real-time decisions about crew selection, material ordering, and site safety compliance based on project complexity and geography.

The role demands strong communication across multiple channels—phone, email, text—and the ability to stay calm while juggling competing priorities and resolving conflicts. You'll need five or more years in exterior home services, solid proficiency with Microsoft Office and web platforms, and genuine skill at reading contracts and identifying what each job requires. Success here means being detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful enough to problem-solve on the fly and step into other production roles when needed.

This is a contract position based in Houston and requires in-office work. It suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing coordination role and wants to directly influence how smoothly a home remodeling project runs.
