About this role
Donut Studios, the creative studio arm of New Engen, is looking for an Affiliate Manager to build and scale partner marketing programs in Seattle. You'd own the full lifecycle of affiliate relationships—from recruiting and onboarding new partners through ongoing optimization and reporting—while serving as the main point of contact for clients. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution: you'll develop growth roadmaps, monitor performance across partners and placements, translate data into insights, and ensure smooth program operations across internal teams and external partners.
This position suits someone with 3–5 years in affiliate or performance marketing, ideally in an agency or client-services setting where you've managed client relationships directly. You'll need strong communication skills to present performance findings clearly, solid Excel and PowerPoint proficiency for reporting, and a data-driven mindset that turns results into actionable recommendations. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and potentially managing a direct report as the affiliate practice grows.
The position is full-time, based in Seattle with roughly two days per week in-office, and offers a salary range of $80,000–$95,000. Benefits include hybrid flexibility, unlimited PTO, comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, and professional development support.
