About this role

Indie Campers is looking for a hands-on operations leader to run its Salt Lake City depot. This is a physically demanding role—roughly 70 to 80 percent of your time will be spent executing rental workflows, conducting vehicle checks, coordinating shifts, and managing the day-to-day logistics of a small team. You'll own everything from check-in and check-out procedures to fleet readiness, cost control, and KPI tracking, while reporting to a District Manager and acting as the bridge between global company standards and local delivery.

The role suits someone with two to four years in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, or hospitality who thrives in a small-team environment and isn't afraid of variety. You'll need to be comfortable lifting moderate loads, working outdoors in all weather, and staying flexible around weekends and peak seasons. A valid driver's license is required. Beyond the operational demands, Indie offers career progression within field operations, opportunities to relocate to offices in Lisbon, Mexico City, or Manila, performance bonuses, and complimentary road trips to experience the product firsthand.
