About this role

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Oracle Reporting & Analytics function from the Bethesda headquarters on a hybrid basis. This role combines technical leadership with strategic oversight of the company's reporting infrastructure, requiring someone who can manage both the Oracle platform itself and the team responsible for delivering analytics across the organization. You'll need substantial experience with Oracle systems and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions while guiding direct reports.

This position suits a leader comfortable balancing hands-on technical work with people management. You should have a track record building and scaling reporting capabilities, troubleshooting complex Oracle environments, and communicating with stakeholders across business and IT functions. The hybrid arrangement means regular in-office presence in Bethesda alongside remote flexibility.

The role comes with Marriott's standard benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) and stock purchase options, paid parental leave, educational assistance, and—for Washington-based employees—accrued paid sick leave and a minimum of nine paid holidays annually.
