BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Supervisor/Home Care RN for our Dover, DE home care office. This office provides best in class care to adult clients throughout Sussex & Kent County. County.

- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments in Dover, DE.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise nursing staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care's Dover office is looking for an RN to step into a clinical supervisory role serving adult clients across Sussex and Kent counties. You'd split your time between direct client care—conducting assessments and developing care plans—and team leadership, overseeing nursing staff in the field, running new hire orientations, and delivering training to field staff. This is a Monday-through-Friday, in-office position with weekly pay.
The role requires at least two years of RN experience; supervisory background is valued but not mandatory.
