About this role

Acturhire (WTW) is seeking an experienced insurance professional to lead client delivery and service operations for their North American construction practice in Pittsburgh. This hybrid role requires someone with at least 10 years in commercial Property & Casualty insurance or brokerage, including 5+ years managing client accounts or leading service teams. You'll oversee a group of client service professionals, driving accountability and continuous improvement while maintaining a client-centric focus on retention and growth. Construction industry background is preferred but not essential if you bring strong P&C fundamentals.

The position demands both operational and people leadership skills. You'll analyze service workflows to identify inefficiencies, use data and KPIs to guide decisions, and coach your team toward higher performance. Your ability to communicate complex insurance concepts credibly to clients, colleagues and senior leaders—and to negotiate and resolve conflicts across matrixed teams—will be central to success. An active P&C broker license is required, and professional designations like CPCU, ARM, CIC, CRIS or CRM are preferred. Domestic travel as needed is part of the role.

WTW offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life and disability coverage, paid time off, and retirement plans with company contributions. The hybrid arrangement allows flexibility based on team and client needs.
