About this role

RTB House's Bidding Platform processes over 20 million requests per second to power real-time ad auctions globally, and this BI Analyst role sits at the heart of that operation. You'd be responsible for translating that massive data flow into actionable insights—designing dashboards and reports for stakeholders, building data models, and using SQL and BigQuery to extract and analyze patterns that inform business decisions. Python (pandas) and a BI tool like Looker Studio or Tableau round out the technical toolkit.

The role suits someone with at least five years of analytics or BI experience who is comfortable working independently across competing priorities. You'll need solid fundamentals in statistics, relational databases, and data visualization, plus familiarity with Git. Collaboration happens with DevOps, database experts, and software developers, so you're joining a technical team rather than working in isolation. The position is contract-based and fully remote (or flexible office access in Warsaw or Cracow), requiring fluency in both Polish and English.
