About this role

Morgan & Morgan is recruiting a Case Manager in Training for their Jackson office—a role designed as a structured entry point into their case management team. You'll work as a floater supporting multiple attorneys and case staff, handling the essential groundwork that gets personal injury cases off the ground: making initial client calls, entering case information into their management system, requesting police reports and insurance details, and organizing documentation. The position rotates through different areas of the office, giving you broad exposure to how cases move through the firm before transitioning into a dedicated Case Manager role.

The firm is looking for someone organized and adaptable who can juggle competing priorities while learning quickly. You'll need strong communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact professionally with clients, reliable typing speed (at least 35 WPM), and the ability to navigate multiple software systems. A high school diploma or GED is required; college experience is preferred. Success in this role depends on being detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment.

Morgan & Morgan offers full-time employees medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays. The firm operates across all 50 states as a personal injury practice focused on consumer rights cases.
