About this role

Media.Monks is looking for a Senior Account Manager who will own the paid social strategy and performance for B2C clients, acting as the primary point of contact while managing revenue and retention across assigned accounts. You'll split your time between strategic planning—developing forecasts, analyzing KPIs in Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics, and building weekly client reports—and hands-on execution, testing new tactics on Meta and TikTok platforms to drive measurable ROI. This role sits at the intersection of client leadership and paid social expertise, requiring you to present digital strategy to executives while staying deeply involved in campaign optimization.

The ideal candidate brings two to three years of direct paid social account management experience, with proven ability to analyze backend sales data and translate performance metrics into client conversations. You should be equally comfortable crunching numbers in Excel and stepping into informal leadership within your team. Prior experience managing six-figure monthly ad budgets is valued, as is fluency with Google Analytics and pixel integrations. A four-year degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Based in Toronto and hybrid, this full-time position offers a salary of $98,000–$110,000 CAD. You'll be joining a digital agency that emphasizes craft, bold execution, and collaborative problem-solving across a team environment.
