About this role

There's a mismatch in the job posting you've provided. The title lists "Residential Electrician - Lead Man for Roof and Trim Crew" at Lenhart Electric in San Antonio, but the job description describes a Service Electrician role at a company called "In Charge" in their Custom Homes division, with responsibilities centered on service calls, diagnostics, and customer-focused sales rather than roof and trim work or crew leadership.

I cannot write an accurate "About this role" overview without clarity on which position this actually is. Could you provide the correct job description that matches the Lenhart Electric title and location, or confirm which role you'd like me to summarize?
