About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care's Milford pediatric nursing office is hiring a Client Services Associate to manage the operational and relationship side of home care delivery. You'd coordinate client services and handle scheduling challenges while building your own caseload, working closely with Clinical Managers and field staff to ensure families receive reliable, compassionate care. The role blends customer service, basic business management, and team collaboration—you're the connector between clients, referral sources, payors, and the nurses delivering care.

You'll need strong communication skills to navigate difficult conversations, solid computer proficiency including electronic medical records systems, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. A four-year degree is preferred, though equivalent experience counts.
This is a Monday-Friday, in-office role with no on-call duties, offering weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and the stability of a nationally recognized organization alongside a small-office culture. BAYADA invests in training and career development, and the company has earned recognition from Newsweek and Forbes for workplace quality and culture.
