The role...
We are looking for a full-time (40h a week) Spa receptionist, that will provide an exceptional guest experience for our members. The members' check-in experience can affect their entire stay, so it’s important that you are friendly, professional and customer-service oriented as you greet members. You organize efficient schedules of treatments in prior consultation with our beauticians and are able to guide our members through the full rang of treatments, products and the facilities of our spa.

About this role
Soho House Berlin seeks a full-time spa receptionist to manage the check-in experience and treatment scheduling for members at their private club and hotel in central Berlin. The role centers on hospitality and operational coordination: you'll greet members warmly, organize treatment schedules in consultation with beauticians, guide guests through the spa's offerings and facilities, and ensure each visit exceeds expectations. This is a customer-facing position that requires genuine friendliness, professionalism, and the ability to handle logistics efficiently under the demands of a busy luxury venue.
The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills with organizational capability and a genuine interest in hospitality. You should be comfortable learning the full range of spa treatments and products to advise members confidently, and capable of managing multiple bookings and member needs simultaneously.
