About this role
International Business University, one of Canada's fastest-growing institutions based in downtown Toronto, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Admissions and Enrolment operations. Reporting to the Registrar, you would oversee a team managing the full student lifecycle—from admissions and registration through graduation—while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and service excellence across all related functions.
The role centers on two interconnected priorities: modernizing the university's admissions and student records systems through digital transformation and analytics, and leading operational excellence across complex processes including offers, deferrals, academic appeals, accessibility accommodations, and official documentation. You would develop data dashboards and reporting frameworks to inform strategic enrolment decisions, collaborate across departments to support institutional goals, and foster a high-performing team culture. The position requires comfort with hybrid work in Toronto, including occasional evening and Saturday availability.
You should have at least seven years of progressive higher education administration experience, ideally in admissions, registrar services, or enrolment management, plus demonstrated expertise in student information systems, data analytics, and academic policy compliance. A Master's degree is preferred. Leadership experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a solid grasp of accessibility and equity principles are essential. RCIC certification is noted as an asset. The salary range is $90,000–$110,000 annually, with benefits including employer-paid extended health and dental coverage, three weeks' paid time off, tuition benefits, and access to wellness programs.
