- Keep training records accurate and current, tracking completions and certifications in line with Tekna's quality system
- Team up with Production and Quality leadership to spot training gaps and build targeted solutions that help reduce quality escapes

About this role
Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking someone to own both the technical execution and the teaching side of quality at Tekna, their Southwest Michigan contract manufacturing operation. You'd spend your time split between hands-on quality assurance work—signing off device history records, managing document control, calibrating equipment, running internal audits—and training production staff on the standards and procedures that keep quality high. This hybrid role demands someone equally comfortable digging into nonconformities and complaints as they are standing in front of a production team explaining why a procedure matters.
The ideal candidate has one to three years in a quality or technician role, knows their way around a quality management system, and has run internal audits. You'll need solid communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into language the floor understands. Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat proficiency is expected; beyond that, what matters most is an analytical mindset, the drive to solve problems with data, and genuine comfort facilitating training. This is a contract position in a fast-paced environment where Tekna values people who can stretch into responsibility and take ownership of their work.
