About this role

HighRadius is seeking a Digital Transformation Advisor for its AP Automation business unit—a senior-level role reporting directly to the Global Head of AP Sales. This position sits at the intersection of enterprise software sales and financial process expertise, requiring someone who can translate complex AP, P2P, and S2P domain knowledge into compelling executive conversations. You'll own a high-stakes portfolio of 20+ accounts and commit to 50%+ travel to drive deals forward through on-site discovery, relationship orchestration, and ROI positioning.

The role offers two distinct paths depending on your strengths: expansion within HighRadius's existing enterprise client base (identifying white-space opportunities and embedding solutions into multi-year transformation roadmaps), or net-new logo acquisition (hunting untapped markets and closing complex enterprise deals from the ground up). Either way, you'll need proven mastery in AP, P2P, or S2P environments—whether from sales, pre-sales, or consulting backgrounds—combined with the strategic rigor to manage competing stakeholders and move sales cycles with velocity.

Success here demands more than domain expertise. HighRadius explicitly seeks people who are hungry (relentless pace and drive), humble (genuinely coachable), and high IQ (strategic problem-solving). If you thrive on executive-level influence, can command a room with both prospects and internal leadership, and want to work at a company reshaping financial automation at scale, this role aligns with that ambition.
