About this role
GetYourGuide's CFO needs an Executive Assistant for a 12-month maternity cover contract starting immediately. You'd own the executive's calendar, inbox, and travel logistics while coordinating across multiple time zones and managing a Private Assistant. Beyond scheduling, you'd drive process improvements across the CFO's workflows, prepare department meetings and events, and handle the range of ad hoc requests that come with supporting senior leadership at a fast-growing tech company.
This role suits someone with 3–5 years of executive assistant experience who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance competing priorities without losing sight of detail. You'll need fluency in both English and German (B2 minimum), strong stakeholder management skills, and comfort with ambiguity and changing demands. The job also values AI literacy and a genuine curiosity about using new tools to work smarter, not just harder.
You'd be based in Berlin's HQ, working in-office three days a week with flexibility to work remotely two days. Beyond the core contract role, GetYourGuide offers a personal growth budget, quarterly team events, transportation and fitness allowances, and access to AI tools—plus the chance to learn directly from leadership at one of Germany's most successful tech unicorns.
