No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success – creating a safe work place, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.

About this role
The Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lobby Ambassador with Russian language fluency to serve as a Guest Experience Expert in the hotel's lobby. You'll be the first point of contact for many guests, handling check-ins and check-outs while going well beyond standard transactions—your role is to shape memorable moments by anticipating needs, fielding requests, and sharing local insights that enhance their stay. This is a hands-on position that requires comfort being on your feet for extended periods, moving throughout the lobby space, and managing tasks like processing paperwork, coordinating services, and occasionally handling items up to 10 pounds.
The position values initiative and empowerment; you're expected to take ownership of guest interactions and operational details without waiting for direction. Success depends on professionalism in appearance and communication, strict adherence to company policies and confidentiality, and a genuine commitment to making every guest transaction feel like part of a larger, curated experience rather than a routine procedure. A high school diploma is the formal education requirement, and no prior hospitality experience is necessary—the role welcomes candidates ready to learn Ritz-Carlton standards and deliver service excellence.
