About this role

AbriCare's home care nursing role offers clinical autonomy in a community-based setting, managing the full scope of client care from initial assessment through plan development and caregiver supervision. You'd work PRN across Rolla's service area, conducting home visits to evaluate health status, coordinate care for both Medicaid and private pay clients, and ensure caregivers are delivering safe, compliant care. The position requires strong documentation and communication skills, as you'll be the clinical liaison between clients, families, physicians, and the care team while maintaining regulatory compliance around incident reporting, HIPAA, and abuse/neglect obligations.

This role suits an RN with home health or community care experience who values flexibility and independence. You'll need a current Missouri RN license, CPR/BLS certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation to travel between client homes. While the PRN structure means no benefits and variable hours starting light, you'll receive mileage reimbursement and a competitive hourly rate. The work is primarily daytime, Monday through Friday, and involves both clinical assessment and supervisory responsibilities—including competency evaluations of caregivers and participation in quality assurance activities.
