About this role
You'd be bridging sales and implementation for iCapital's annuities platform, serving as the technical advisor who helps prospects and clients understand how the product solves their business problems. The work spans the full sales cycle—running discovery sessions, designing tailored solutions, delivering demonstrations to mixed audiences, and shepherding deals through to handoff with the implementation team. You'll collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to validate approaches and develop proposals, while building credibility as someone who can translate between technical requirements and business value.
This role suits someone with 2+ years in financial services or insurance who's comfortable in both technical and consultative conversations. You'll need hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, enterprise architecture, and platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft 365. Prior exposure to insurance workflows, ACORD standards, or annuity order entry systems is valued but not required; what matters more is the ability to learn domain specifics quickly and communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Based in Des Moines with in-office presence Monday through Thursday, the role offers a salary band of $75,000–$95,000 plus equity, performance bonus, matched retirement, fully employer-paid dental and vision, and unlimited PTO.
