At Sandro's The Grove location, you'd be joining a Parisian luxury brand as a temporary part-time sales associate, working in a carefully curated boutique environment designed to deliver an elevated customer experience. The role centers on building genuine relationships with customers through styling consultations, wardrobing advice, and creating memorable fitting room experiences. You'd also handle floor maintenance, operational tasks, and support your team while wearing Sandro pieces yourself—essentially embodying the brand's aesthetic of understated Parisian elegance.
The position suits someone with at least a year of service or retail experience who genuinely enjoys customer interaction and has a natural sense of style. You'll need flexibility with scheduling and strong communication skills; social media familiarity is a bonus. Beyond the hourly rate of $19–$21, you'd receive a 50% retail discount and access to an experienced store leader who can support your development. There's also potential to participate in Sandro's retail stylist program if you want to deepen your expertise in the role.
