The work is high-volume and fast-paced, but structured: accurate manual entry into pharmacy systems, verification against source documents, and collaboration with pharmacists and quality teams to resolve discrepancies. This position suits someone with 1–3 years of data entry or pharmacy operations experience who thrives in regulated, detail-oriented environments and wants to see the direct impact of their work. You'll need strong attention to detail, the ability to learn new systems quickly, and comfort working cross-functionally to solve problems. A high school diploma is the baseline; an associate degree or relevant certification would strengthen your candidacy.

The role is hybrid and based in Houston, offering a chance to join a rapidly growing company (ranked #116 on Inc. 5000's Healthcare list) with a stated commitment to investing in people and creating opportunities for growth.
