About this role
At Zulu Alpha Kilo, you'd manage the full lifecycle of digital projects—from initial feasibility assessment through delivery—working across websites, AI experiences, AR/3D content, and emerging tech campaigns for major brands. You'd own budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, deciding when to tap in-house talent versus bringing in specialized freelancers. The role requires daily coordination with producers, account managers, and creative teams to keep projects on track and on brief, while also serving as the primary contact balancing client expectations with technical realities.
This position suits someone with seven or more years managing digital projects in an agency or brand environment, with solid grounding in design and development workflows. You should be comfortable navigating complex approval processes with large clients and have hands-on familiarity with platforms like WordPress, React, and Next.js, plus emerging areas like AR and 3D. Strong communication skills are essential—you'll need to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and champion new tools and processes internally.
The role is based in Toronto and requires in-office presence. Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 CAD depending on experience. Agile certifications like Scrum Master or Product Owner are valued but not required.
