About this role
Mirakl's Ecosystem Marketing team is looking for a Field Marketing Co-op to support customer advocacy efforts across the Americas and EMEA regions. Over six months starting January 2027, you'll work on tangible marketing assets that directly help Sales close deals: building and refining case studies, managing customer quote banks and slide libraries, running G2 review campaigns, and writing copy for email, LinkedIn, and paid social. You'll also own the "Ask Connect Marketing" AI engine, spotting opportunities to improve its content and rolling out enhancements.
This role suits someone studying Marketing, Communications, or Business who's comfortable juggling multiple priorities across teams. You'll need strong writing skills that adapt across formats, an eye for polished slide design, and comfort with tools like HubSpot, PowerPoint, and Google Slides. A genuine interest in B2B SaaS and eCommerce, plus curiosity about how AI can make teams more efficient, will help you thrive. The position requires you to be a Northeastern University co-op student eligible for co-op credit and based in Boston for in-office work.
Note that the application process includes an AI-powered screening conversation with Mirakl's talent ambassador within three days of applying, followed by a panel interview.
