About this role
Mirakl's Content and Social Media Marketing co-op offers a six-month immersion into how a global marketplace platform company supports its go-to-market efforts. You'll work across multiple content formats—adapting corporate messaging for specific regions and industries, creating short-form video content from existing footage, drafting social media posts, and optimizing web content for search. The role sits at the intersection of marketing operations and creative execution, meaning you'll both produce assets and maintain quality control across the company's content ecosystem.
This position suits someone with a genuine interest in eCommerce and B2B technology who can balance creative work with organizational rigor. You'll need solid social media literacy, basic video editing skills, and an eye for visual design, but the emphasis is equally on attention to detail, communication across teams, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders—from corporate marketing to Sales and BDRs. The work spans strategy (identifying content performance gaps) and execution (managing website updates, QA-ing materials, handling ad hoc tasks).
Note that this is a Northeastern University co-op position only; you must be an enrolled Northeastern student eligible for co-op credit to apply. The hiring process includes an AI-powered screening conversation that you'll need to complete within three days of applying.
