About this role

You'd be working early morning stock shifts at American Eagle's Eagan store, handling inventory and merchandise preparation before regular business hours. This is a part-time position suited to someone with flexible availability who prefers working during off-hours rather than customer-facing retail time.

The role itself is straightforward—stock work doesn't require prior retail experience, though reliability and the ability to start early are essential. American Eagle offers standard retail benefits including paid sick leave and the possibility of their REAL rewards program, though eligibility and specifics vary by employment classification and location. Pay is determined individually based on your background and local factors.

This works best if you're looking for consistent part-time hours in a structured, behind-the-scenes environment rather than a customer-service-oriented retail job.
