- Working knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance
- Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and be extremely organized
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of the org chart

About this role
InfuseTrack is looking for a People Operations Specialist to build out its talent and HR functions as the company grows. You'd work directly with the Director of People Operations in Austin, splitting your time between full-cycle recruiting (about 60%) and people operations support (about 40%). On the recruiting side, you'd own sourcing, screening, and interview coordination across multiple functions, manage the applicant tracking system, and partner with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy. The people operations work involves administering HR systems, supporting the full employment lifecycle from offer through offboarding, managing benefits and leave, and serving as the go-to resource for employee HR questions.
This role suits someone with one to three years of recruiting or HR experience who has closed hires across different departments and has worked with technical recruiting. You'll need hands-on familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, and TriNet HRIS, plus a solid grasp of employment law and compliance. Beyond the technical skills, the role demands strong relationship-building ability, meticulous attention to detail, and the comfort to work independently while staying connected to the broader team. A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required. You'd be in the Austin office full-time, working for an established healthcare SaaS company founded in 2016.
