BAYADA at BAYhealth is currently seeking an Admissions Registered Nurse, for a Full Time opportunity performing home health visits with adult patients. This office services clients throughout Kent County.
As a home care Admissions Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in DE.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Additional Information:
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:
$62 - $67 per point ($96,720 - $104,520 annual earning potential)

About this role
BAYADA at BAYhealth is hiring an Admissions Registered Nurse to conduct home health visits with adult patients throughout Kent County, Delaware. You'll need to manage your own schedule, travel independently to assigned cases, and work comfortably with electronic medical records. Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer proficiency are essential, as you'll be coordinating with doctors, managers, and patients to execute care plans and follow physician orders.
BAYADA offers competitive compensation between $62 and $67 per hour (approximately $96,720–$104,520 annually), along with a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, employer-paid life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for training and career advancement. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Dover.
