BAYADA at BAYhealth is currently seeking a Registered Nurse, for a Full Time or Part Time opportunity performing home health visits, assessments, and admissions with adult patients. This office services clients in territories throughout Dover, Camden, and Magnolia. We have full-time and part-time positions available.
As a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Delaware.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information:
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:
$62.00 - $67.00 per point ($96,720 - $104,520 annual earning potential)

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care to adult patients in their own homes across the Dover, Camden, and Magnolia areas. You'll conduct home visits, perform assessments and admissions, administer medications, manage wound care, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to help clients remain safely at home. The role requires independent time management, strong documentation using electronic tablets, and close collaboration with clinical managers to monitor patient progress and execute physician orders.
To qualify, you need a current Delaware RN license and at least one year of recent medical or surgical clinical experience. Prior home health experience is preferred but not required. You should be comfortable traveling to assigned cases, managing your schedule independently, and working with electronic medical records. Strong interpersonal and computer skills are essential.
