About this role

DTCC operates the critical infrastructure that processes trillions of dollars in global financial transactions daily, and this role sits at the intersection of that massive data flow and the governance frameworks that keep it organized and reliable. As a Senior Associate in Data Governance & Metadata Engineering, you would help standardize, document, and manage the metadata across DTCC's clearing, settlement, and asset servicing systems—work that directly supports the firm's mission to mitigate risk and drive efficiency across the financial services industry. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Tampa.

The role calls for someone with solid technical grounding in data governance and metadata management who can operate at a senior level. You'd be working within a company that processes over $3.7 quadrillion in annual securities transactions and maintains custody of $99 trillion in global assets, meaning your work touches real scale and real consequence. DTCC values diverse perspectives and teamwork, and explicitly supports flexible work arrangements—though this particular role requires in-office presence in Tampa.
