About this role

Think Academy US, part of a major international education group, is building out its online math tutoring platform for North American students and needs remote tutors to deliver one-on-one lessons to grades 5-8. You'd teach live, interactive sessions aligned with Common Core standards, tailoring instruction to each student's needs and providing real-time feedback to strengthen their problem-solving skills and confidence.

The role suits someone with a bachelor's degree—ideally in math or education—and prior teaching experience or certification. You'll need strong communication skills, flexibility to teach weekday evenings and weekends across US time zones, and the ability to prepare structured lesson content on the fly. Mandarin Chinese fluency is a bonus but not required.

This is part-time work (under 20 hours weekly) at $20–25 per hour, with stated opportunities for raises twice yearly. It's a good fit if you want remote tutoring work with schedule flexibility and are comfortable with the interactive, personalized teaching model this company emphasizes.
