About this role
Leading a classroom at N Family School means owning both the educational experience and the operational excellence of your assigned room. You'll implement their learning-through-play curriculum while managing compliance with licensing requirements, overseeing daily routines, and ensuring the classroom runs smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role where you're accountable for children's development and learning outcomes, not just supervising from the sidelines.
The position requires at least three years in early childhood education with proven experience leading and coaching educators. You'll need a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, current Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification, and the ability to meet all state licensing and background check requirements. The role demands strong organizational skills, genuine passion for early childhood development, and the capacity to build trust with both families and your classroom team.
You'll work full-time during school hours (typically 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.), with flexibility for meetings and events as needed. The salary range is $45,000 to $52,000. This role suits someone who thrives in a structured early learning environment, values compliance and quality standards, and is energized by mentoring educators and supporting children's growth alongside their families.
