About this role

Working as a Litigation Assistant at Morgan & Morgan means supporting attorneys and paralegals on personal injury cases—from initial file organization through trial preparation. You'll handle the administrative backbone of litigation: scheduling hearings and depositions, maintaining discovery indexes, organizing exhibits and evidence, drafting correspondence, and managing client billing. The role also involves legal research, communicating with clients and witnesses, and continuously looking for ways to streamline workflows. This is hands-on work that directly supports the firm's mission to represent consumers against insurance companies and large corporations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of administrative experience, ideally in a law firm or corporate legal setting, though formal paralegal training through a certificate, associate's, or bachelor's degree is preferred. You'll need strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, solid written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to work with minimal supervision. Prior experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, or related practice areas is a plus but not required.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Las Vegas. Morgan & Morgan provides medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays for full-time staff.
