About this role

Pivotal Solutions is seeking an HR Manager to serve as the primary HR contact for their Baton Rouge region, working in-office to bridge field operations and corporate HR strategy. You'll drive organizational effectiveness by analyzing facility data, designing talent strategies, and supporting management through performance management and employee relations. The role requires you to administer company policies consistently across locations, advocate for both hourly and salaried staff, and maintain a positive workplace culture while promoting the company's open-door approach.

This position suits someone with at least five years of progressive HR management experience, ideally in multi-site or multi-state environments where you've navigated federal, state, and local employment law. You should be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly with diverse audiences, and resolving conflicts diplomatically. A bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience is expected, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel 50% or more.

The role demands someone who can balance competing priorities—from staffing strategy and manager training to policy implementation and employee advocacy—while maintaining strict confidentiality. If you thrive in a hands-on HR generalist role that connects strategy to daily operations across multiple facilities, this could be a strong fit.
