About this role

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the operational backbone of its Salt Lake City office. You'd manage the day-to-day running of the space—from coordinating office access and meeting room bookings to organizing company gatherings with all logistics involved. A significant portion of your time will support the CEO directly: managing their calendar, taking detailed meeting notes for senior leadership, and handling travel arrangements. You'll also work with the finance team to track monthly expenses and deposits, and take on special projects as assigned by executive leadership.

This role suits someone with at least two years of professional experience who thrives on organization and anticipating problems before they arise. You'll need strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine proficiency with Microsoft Office. The work is fast-paced and varied—no two days are identical—and requires someone resourceful enough to solve issues independently while staying responsive to shifting priorities from senior leaders. This is an in-office position in Salt Lake City, so you'll need to be based locally or willing to relocate.
