About this role
Pivotal Solutions is looking for someone to own a sales territory in the Kansas City area and drive its full potential. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships from prospect through close, which means regular travel, conducting presentations and product demonstrations, and providing detailed quotes with thorough follow-up. The role requires you to stay informed about market opportunities, collaborate with engineers on technical submittals, and work with distributors and contractors to ensure they understand and can properly install the product line.
This position calls for at least five years of direct sales experience in construction, engineering, or environmental services—the kind of background where you've learned how to navigate complex sales cycles and build credibility with technical buyers. You'll be based in Kansas City and working in-office, with the expectation of regular travel to meet clients and prospects face-to-face.
