About this role

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a hands-on manager to take full ownership of warehouse operations for a medical supplies business in Boise. You'll oversee receiving, storage, and distribution while building and maintaining inventory systems that keep stock levels balanced and accurate. The role demands someone comfortable with both the strategic side—analyzing KPIs, coordinating across procurement and sales teams, and designing processes—and the operational side of training staff, conducting audits, and ensuring the warehouse runs safely and efficiently.

This position suits someone with proven warehouse or inventory management experience who is comfortable with WMS and ERP software and can lead a team through competing priorities. You'll need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve quickly in a fast-paced setting. Compliance and safety matter here, so you should be detail-oriented about regulations and maintaining standards.
