About this role

ChaiONE is seeking an HR Generalist to support its growth as a tech company with a collaborative, fast-paced culture. You'd own the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding new hires across tech and non-tech roles, through performance management and development, to benefits administration and day-to-day employee relations. This is a hands-on generalist role where you'd partner with leadership and staff to resolve issues, guide policy questions, and help shape how the company feels to work at.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally in tech or a startup setting, with solid knowledge of employment law (ADA, FMLA, FLSA) and HRIS platforms. You'll need strong communication and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities and build trust across all levels. Beyond the operational side, you'd actively drive culture through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team events—so a genuine passion for people and a collaborative mindset matter as much as HR expertise.

The role is based in Houston and hybrid, with a competitive salary and benefits package, plus room for career growth within a growing company.
