About this role
MyCareer+ is seeking a Sales Representative for their Savannah office to blend business development with hands-on service delivery in the commercial cleaning sector. The role is roughly two-thirds sales—prospecting new clients, conducting presentations and live service demonstrations, building proposals, and closing deals—and one-third operations, including performing cleaning work yourself, coordinating technicians, and managing quality control. You'd be the primary local contact for clients, responsible for both acquiring new business and ensuring the service quality that keeps them coming back.
This hybrid position suits someone with at least a year in commercial cleaning who has proven sales ability in B2B or service environments. You'll need to be comfortable with hands-on work (carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning), strong at relationship-building and follow-through, and able to juggle multiple priorities across sales pipeline management, CRM documentation, scheduling, and team coordination. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential, as you'll be meeting clients in person and traveling to job sites.
