About this role

MyCareer+ is hiring a Bilingual Leasing Consultant for a residential community in Atlanta. The role centers on managing the leasing process from initial prospect contact through move-in, with responsibilities spanning property tours, lease paperwork, resident communication, and coordination of administrative tasks like inspections and documentation. You'll interact with prospective and current residents across multiple channels—in person, phone, and online—in both English and Spanish, so genuine bilingual fluency is essential. The position also involves supporting occupancy goals through marketing outreach and ensuring all Fair Housing compliance requirements are met.

While prior leasing or property management experience is preferred, the role doesn't require it; what matters more is strong customer service instincts, comfort multitasking in a busy environment, and basic competency with Microsoft Office and property management software. You'll need a high school diploma, reliable communication skills, and the ability to stay organized and detail-oriented when handling applications, renewals, and resident records. This is a full-time, on-site position in Atlanta that includes weekend and flexible scheduling as leasing needs demand.
