Description
(Senior) Product Manager
TubeScience Labs: Los Angeles, on-site — $140.000 - $190.000
TubeScience Labs’ mission is to create trusted, scalable, and self-improving AI systems that power the largest performance-based paid social creative video company in the world. TubeScience is Meta's largest creative partner and AppLovin's #1 creative partner, producing 8,000+ original ads every month from a 100,000 sq. ft. Los Angeles studio, backed by a library of 1.6 million+ performance ads and $3B in annual managed ad spend. That is what gives TubeScience one of the richest first-party creative-performance datasets anywhere.
Labs turns that data — and the playbook behind billions in spend — into frontier AI tools that actually ship. We are an end-to-end native agentic AI lab from research, design, coding, experimentation to delivery. Our pipelines run against real creative, real deadlines, and real budgets every day.
You'll join a small, AI-empowered, senior team of engineers and product managers, with direct access to expert users and you will own whole product lines end to end. You’ll be expected to work across all frontier and open-weight models for every phase of your job from discovery to prototyping, to specs and building, and to evals and deployment.
The role
We are hiring people who love to build. As a Product Manager for Labs at TubeScience, you will independently own ideation, discovery and prototyping, and work inside the engineering process to propose and validate architecture, steer development, and lead evals and customer roll-out. You will work within a truly unique vertically integrated environment across creative artists and innovative technologists, to create product solutions that span creative ad design, production, and media delivery and optimization. We are looking for team members who are passionate about customer satisfaction, and love to move fast, learn, and iterate.
In this current AI-driven product development environment, product managers are more important than they have ever been. Deciding what to build to meet customer expectations while delivering on the business strategy is the top-line goal, and the rest of the team will depend on you to own and drive that decision cycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, ideation, discovery, prototyping, roadmap, validation, and steering of the development cycle across key pieces of creative ad design, production, and media delivery.
- Partner with the business to develop critical insights and define key product metrics that directly impact business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the execution of the end-to-end production cycle of the company and create technology that drives innovation and performance for our customers.
- Stay on top of the AI ecosystem, creating space for the team to be continuously updating their product development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
- You have 5+ years of product management experience.
- You have a passion for solving problems at scale and building solutions that drive measurable customer happiness.
- You have direct experience or a deep demonstrable interest in using AI, LLMs, and Agents to design, build, and deliver real-world products.
- You have a keen ability to prioritize among competing goals and structure a roadmap to maximize learning potential while decreasing risk.
- You have a strong technical background in any of the following fields: AI/ML, Advertising, Video Production, Search, Recommendation, Payments, Security, or eCommerce.
- You can point to something you took from a user problem to a live product and explain your decisions, your contribution, and what changed after people started using it.
- You have experience delivering successful iterative solutions under extreme uncertainty
- You have a creative and intellectual curiosity that drives your growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- You have experience working in technical ad creation, creative optimization, ad delivery, ad ranking, matching, etc.
- You have a bachelor's degree in related technical field
How the hiring works
Recruiter screen, then an interview with someone from the product team and finally a panel with one of our internal stakeholders and someone from the C-suite.
Roughly 15 business days end to end if we both move quickly. You will get a decision either way at every stage.
About this role
TubeScience Labs is building AI tools grounded in one of the richest creative-performance datasets in existence—1.6 million+ ads, $3B in annual managed spend, and 8,000+ original videos produced monthly from their Los Angeles studio. As a Product Manager here, you'd own entire product lines end-to-end, from discovery and prototyping through architecture validation, development steering, and customer rollout. You'd work across frontier and open-weight AI models to solve real problems in creative ad design, production, and media delivery, operating in a vertically integrated environment where artists, technologists, and your product decisions directly shape what ships.
This role demands someone who can move fast under uncertainty and make the hard calls about what to build. You'll partner with business stakeholders to define metrics that matter, identify execution gaps across the production cycle, and stay current with the AI ecosystem so your team can continuously evolve. The work is grounded in real constraints—actual creative deadlines, real budgets, real customer needs—not theoretical exercises.
You'll need at least five years of product management experience, a strong technical foundation (AI/ML, advertising, video production, or a related field), and a track record of taking user problems to shipped products. Direct experience with ad creation, creative optimization, or ad delivery is preferred. The compensation range is $140,000–$190,000, and the role is full-time, in-office in Los Angeles.
