About this role

Specialty Dental Brands is seeking an orthodontist to join Treasure Valley Orthodontics, a merged practice in Boise built on a foundation of clinical excellence and patient-centered care. This is a full-time, in-office position offering competitive compensation structured as a daily rate plus case start bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401k match. The practice provides employer-paid malpractice insurance and association dues, removing administrative burdens from your practice.

The role suits dentists with a DMD or DDS and completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program. Board certification through the American Board of Orthodontics is preferred but not required, and recent residents are actively encouraged to apply. You'll have access to mentorship, support in developing local referral relationships, and relocation assistance if needed. This opportunity combines the stability of an established, merged practice with the resources to help you build your patient base and advance your career in orthodontics.
